Meet Our Founder
Alyssa Martinez is the Founder and President of Ingenuity Consulting & Contracting, LLC, bringing more than 15 years of experience in business management, operations, strategic planning, and business development.
Throughout her career, Alyssa has partnered with startups, small businesses, multi-million-dollar organizations, and government agencies, providing strategic guidance in business growth, procurement, supplier diversity, certifications, marketing, proposal development, and organizational strategy. Her experience spans the commercial sector as well as local, state, and federal contracting environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities organizations face across diverse industries.
Dedicated to professional growth and industry advancement, Alyssa serves on the AFCEA Alamo Chapter Board of Directors, is a member of the AFCEA International Small Business Committee, and contributes to an NCMA committee, where she supports leadership development, industry collaboration, and best practices within the acquisition and small business community.
